We are currently upgrading The Ivy ( a 42 floor high-rise in Miami) access control and upgrading the Fire Systems at the Vue at Lake Eloa's(also a high-rise). The next service we are currently getting ready to implement is Public Safety BDA Solutions. The end result would be to make sure commercial establishments meet the required coverage to provide Public Safety communication in case of an emergency.

DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

Upgrading the hotels Fire Alarm System during a 96% occupancy load. Areas upgraded include Convention Center, Ball Rooms, Lobby, Restaurants, Common Areas, Back of House, and all 815 Guest rooms. This is a retro fit installation that required installing the new system while keeping elements of the old system during the upgrade process, so the hotel is not without fire protection.
Hyatt Hotel (formerly Peabody)

Installed Fire Alarm System in Brand New Convention Center, Existing tower, dock, kitchen and Brand new 32 Story Hotel with Penthouses.
International Hotel (formerly Sheridan Hotel)

Installed a brand-new Fire Alarm System during business hours of an active hotel.
Seminole Marketplace

Installed new Fire Alarm Systems and updated existing fire systems. Plaza consists of shops, restaurants and retail.
Urban Air Adventure Park

Installed a brand-new Fire Alarm System.
PepsiCo/Frito-Lay

Currently Upgrading a brand-new Fire Alarm System in a 24/7 factory operation. We are working in highly classified areas that require extreme safety measures. Plaza building (Downtown Orlando)

Installed New Fire Alarm devices for a 20 plus story mixed use building with Business Suites, Restaurants, Movie Theaters.
Center for Drug Free Living (Hospital/healthcare)

Installed and maintained all of their systems. (Fire Alarm, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Inspections, Monitoring)
Cedar-Bridge Academy (Largest School on the Island of Bermuda)

Installed 70 plus Cameras inside and outside of an existing school during the school year. Our close communication and coordination with administrative staff ensured a smooth and orderly install during business hours.
Retail/Warehouse Burlington Coat Factory

Installed fully code compliant fire alarm systems in multiple shopping facilities. These include new construction installs and retro-fits.
Princeton Medical Space

Ongoing partnership includes installing, maintaining, and regularly inspecting over 450 adressable points spread across five floors or an expansive medical facility. Everything But Water (National chain of swimwear)

Installed Cameras at all 50 plus locations throughout the United States. We coordinated schedules with their Corporate Office operations team and each Store Manager.
